What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal and by credit card. These options are available at the end of your Checkout procedure. If you would like to pay by check please contact us.
Do you sell used stamps?
We offer only mint stamps except in those rare situations when only used exist. For example we do have some used US revenues.
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer discounts. We do have monthly specials where a collecting area will be discounted for a month. We send e-mails to our customers to let them know of these sales. If you are not on our e-mail list and would like to be, go to "Contact" and let us know.
How can I see rear images?
We provide rear images for some our stamps. If you select a stamp and see an icon of a reverse arrow above it, there is a rear image. Simply click the arrow icon to see the rear of the stamp. If there is no rear image and would like us to provide one for a particular stamp just let us know
Why do some of your stamp images have pinkish hues on one of the sides or have a thin colored lines across them?
These result from our scanning process and are simply reflections or dust particles. We try to avoid them but they happen occasionally. Please be assured we do not offer stamps for sale that are actually disfigured.
Do any of your stamps have certificates?
Some of our stamps include certificates. If you select a stamp and see an icon of paper above it, there is a certificate. Simply click the paper icon to see the certificate for that stamp. If you would like a certificate for a stamp that does not include one already, please contact us.
Is the stamp that I see the same one that I will receive?
Yes. Every stamp has a unique number, so we will ship the stamp that you select. All of our stamps have their own images.
Are all of the stamps I see currently available for purchase?
Yes.
What if I want to return a stamp?
If you would like to return a stamp for any reason, simply return it to us and we will refund your money.
How do I search by country?
You can use the Country button at the top of the page to view a hierarchical tree or you can type the name of the country into the Search box at the top right and press enter.
How do I search by type of stamp?
Use the Type pull down menu at the top to select the type of stamp you would like then press Search (or type your Enter Button). For instance, if you are collecting airmails of the world, you can select C and then Search to see every airmail we have available within your selection. If you are looking for French airmail, you can write France in the Country box and select C for type and then press Search.
How do I search by year?
You can search for stamps by year by using the Year box at the top. This can help collectors who do not use the Scott catalog. If you do not find what you are looking for, try putting in a range of years such as 1920-1930. This can be helpful with series issued over several years.
Why a Centering selection?
If you are a particular collector who cares more about centering, you can use the Centering box to narrow your selection to suit your taste. Our most well centered stamps tend to sell for more than our others.
What is the NH Only check box?
Check this box to narrow your Search results to only our stamps that are Never Hinged.
What happens to the used and other stamps you acquire?
We sell them at www.delcampe.com under the seller name “PostRoadAnnex". We offer combined shipping for sales placed simultaneously there.
